The advantage of the project lies in the combination of an academic approach with practical advice. The head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov gave a start to a new educational course for representatives of municipalities and construction industry specialists. "Integrated Territory Development": this is the name of the 72-hour short-term professional development program for the development of individual housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan. Classes will be held in a distance format, without interrupting work. The teaching staff includes 42 people, of which 11 people (26%) are professional lecturers of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, 31 people (74%) are departmental lecturers (representatives of ministries and enterprises). The ratio is not accidental, teaching involves ¼ theory, ¾ practice. Upon completion of the course, each participant must pass a test. In case of positive results of the assessment of the knowledge, students will receive a certificate of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering on advanced training in the development of individual housing construction in the Republic of Tatarstan.
