Ilshat Gimaev took part in the presentation of a new residential complex in Kazan

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev took part in the presentation of the new residential complex "Battalovsky". The project is being implemented jointly with Dom.RF Bank. 

The residential complex is located in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan. The residential complex consists of six sections of different storeys – from 16 to 24 floors, and is divided into two parts. There are a total of 908 apartments in the house, including classic and European planning.

As the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev noted, the Republic of Tatarstan is an economically developed region. "We are proud of our builders and developers who have been implementing large housing projects in the Kazan agglomeration for ten years," he stressed.
