The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held an expanded meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan
The autumn meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to the topic "Digitalization in construction". The event was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan – President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. It was attended by representatives of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, GAU "UGETS RT", self-regulatory organizations in design and construction, heads of enterprises of the construction complex, programmers.
In his welcoming speech, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan – President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev stressed that digitalization in construction is a necessary tool that creates the possibility of end-to-end interaction of participants in the construction process throughout the life cycle of the investment object, however, there are still many reasons hindering the rapid advancement of the figure. "We invited to the board meeting, we can say, digital pioneers in our industry to share their acquired experience and, of course, considerations on overcoming obstacles to the creation of digital ecosystems in construction in the republic," Ilshat Gimaev said.
The participants of the event discussed the implementation of the State Information System for Urban Planning, considered the concepts of a Single digital Platform for expertise and a digital twin in construction. The experts exchanged views on the specifics of the transition to domestic software products and made proposals for training personnel for digital construction. Kazan Giproniiaviaprom and Ak Bars Engineering shared their best practices in implementing information modeling technologies. Alexey Derevyankin, the project manager of PJSC Tatneft named after V.D. Shashin, aroused great interest, who spoke about the construction of the facility using a 3D printer.
Two organizations joined the ranks of the Union – Ilshat Gimaev presented certificates to the heads of Bergauf Laishevo LLC of the Bergauf Group of Companies and PP Engineering LLC. The newly appointed vice-presidents of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan also received certificates at the event: Leonid Anisimov, General Director of Gran LLC; Valery Peskov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Steinblock LLC; Viktor Emelin, Executive Director of the Volga-Kama Union of Architects and Designers; Ainur Saetov, General Director of Podvodspetsstroy LLC". President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev wished the Vice-presidents and all participants successful and fruitful work.
