More than 1.691 million square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan to date
The progress of housing construction was reported by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, at a traditional meeting held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was conducted via videoconference with all municipal districts by the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
“The housing commissioning plan has been fulfilled by 53%, with more than 1.691 million square meters of housing put into operation,” said Marat Aizatullin.
Under the commercial construction program, 75 apartment buildings with a total area exceeding 655 thousand square meters have been commissioned, which is 63% of the annual volume. This includes 20 buildings in Kazan, 15 in Naberezhnye Chelny, 11 each in Zelenodolsk and Pestrechinsky districts, 6 in Nizhnekamsk district, 5 in Laishevo district, 2 each in Almetyevsk and Yelabuga districts, and 1 building each in Alekseevsky, Arsky, and Buinsk districts.
The social mortgage program has been implemented by 38%. Out of 108 buildings planned for this year with a total area of 150,638 square meters, 10 have been completed, totaling more than 57 thousand square meters. This includes 4 buildings in Zelenodolsk, 2 each in Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga district, and 1 each in Buinsk and Mamadysh districts.
The plan for individual housing construction has reached 49%, with 978 thousand square meters of housing commissioned.
