On August 14, in Izhevsk, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation summed up the interim results of the implementation of the All-Russian program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas". The key topic was the preferential rural mortgage. The main operator of the program, Rosselkhozbank, has already given out to residents of Tatarstan about 1.6 billion rubles for the purchase of primary and secondary housing in rural areas. Tatarstan is among the leading regions in terms of the volume of rural mortgage lending among Russian regions, along with Bashkortostan, Leningrad and Novosibirsk regions. 708 families have already used the program in the republic. In the structure of applications for real estate objects, almost half - 47% - are finished residential buildings, a third - 31% - the purchase of apartments under contracts of sale. 16% of clients are ready to buy an apartment under equity participation agreements. Only 7% are focused on individual construction. Despite the fact that the maximum loan term under the program is 25 years, in Tatarstan the average term is 2.5 times less - residents take out a loan for 10 years, and the average rural mortgage check is 2.3 million rubles.
