The customer of the object is GKU "Glavinveststroy RT", the developer of the design documentation for the arena was GUP "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt", the builder - LLC "Eurostyle". The year-round facility includes a football field measuring 90 by 45 meters, sportsmen's locker rooms, coaches' locker rooms, a gym, a waiting area, a medical unit, a security and fire station, a sports equipment storage room, and a storage room for special equipment.
