A 340-apartment building in the "Salavat Kupere" residential complex received a positive conclusion on compliance
Today, on October 26, in the Kazan residential complex "Salavat Kupere" a new 340-apartment residential building, built according to the republican program of social mortgage and the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", received the conclusion of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed facility capital construction to the requirements of project documentation, including the requirements of energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping a capital construction facility with metering devices for the used energy resources. Residential building No. 3-1 is located in the third quarter of "Salavat Kupere". The total area of the 18-storey building was 21,891.7 square meters. The territory near the house has been landscaped - a playground has been installed, landscaping has been carried out. The developer of the facility is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
