Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov told about this at a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency. “Today the Republic of Tatarstan ranks fourth in the country in terms of the volume of new housing. In our country, according to Tatarstanstat, there are on average 27.4 square meters of housing per inhabitant, and in Russia - 26.3. In principle, this indicator is not the highest, but we are striving to ensure that housing is built. We have big plans,” - Nasyrov said. According to the results of 11 months of 2020, the republic took first place in this indicator in the Volga Federal District.
