Soon 255 families will celebrate housewarming in the residential complex "Salavat Cooper"

Today, on December 25, the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan (Gosstroynadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan) issued a conclusion on the compliance of the design documentation to the new 255-apartment residential building No. 4-5 in the Kazan residential complex "Salavat Cooper". The house was built according to the republican social mortgage program and the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. The facility received a conclusion on the compliance. This will make it possible to put it into operation and move 255 families into long-awaited apartments. The total area of ​​the 18-storey building was 27.2 thousand square meters. The territory of the house is landscaped - playgrounds, sidewalks are provided, benches are installed, landscaping measures are carried out.
