Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of national projects and republican programs in the construction industry in the Republic of Tatarstan today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. So, in the republic on 95 objects, implemented in the framework of 6 National Projects, implementation is 89%. To date, 28 facilities have been completed. The total percentage of implementation of 17 republican programs in construction to date is 82%, said the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Within the framework of national projects and republican programs, 6 out of 16 kindergartens have been completed, which are being built under the federal projects "Housing" and "Promotion of Women's Employment". 10 preschool educational institutions are being completed. In general, work in this area is 91% completed.
The federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" provides for the improvement of 49 facilities. In general, in the area of work, 87% are closed. Completed 10 objects. In addition, 8 objects - winners of the competition for small towns are being improved. Construction and installation work is 88% complete. Completed 2 objects. Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of republican programs. As part of the modernization of primary medical care, the following activities are being implemented. The construction works of 42 feldsher-obstetric stations were 88% complete. At the same time, 12 FOS are ready. The total work performed on the construction of medical outpatient clinics is estimated at 81%. In terms of housing construction, 2 million 210 thousand square meters have been built so far, which is 83% of the plan for the current year. This is 8% higher than last year's figures. Commercial housing is 702 thousand square meters of this volume. These are 90 leased apartment buildings, or 55% of the plan. The annual plan of the social mortgage program is 280 thousand sq.m., or 161 houses. By the current date, within the framework of the program, 116 thousand square meters of housing have been built, which is 41% of the planned indicators. Another 37 houses with a total area of 137 thousand square meters are being completed. In the area of individual housing construction, the positive dynamics of housing commissioning continues. As of today, 124%, or 10,307 houses have been leased.
