36 municipal infrastructure facilities are being upgraded in Tatarstan under the national project "Infrastructure for Life"

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of 8 republican and federal programs for the modernization of engineering networks at a traditional meeting in the Government House today.

Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with the involvement of all municipal districts of Tatarstan.

As M.Aizatullin noted, the lists of facilities under the republican programs "Provision of drinking water to the population" and "Construction, reconstruction and overhaul of networks and structures of wastewater disposal systems" have been formed. At the moment, the draft decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan is undergoing the approval procedure.

Facilities are being surveyed under the "Restoration of street lighting in populated areas" program.  Next, a list will be formed with the specified volumes and cost of work. Initial design data is being collected for the installation of block-modular boilers and outdoor boilers in budget institutions, as well as the reconstruction and construction of gas distribution and consumption networks, and the installation of block-modular boilers and outdoor boilers. After completing the design and survey work and passing the expertise, the amounts of construction and installation work for each facility will be determined.

Two programs are planned for the federal part. Thus, during the project "Modern appearance of rural areas", 4 engineering infrastructure facilities will be implemented. The auction took place, and government contracts were concluded.

According to the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, which is part of the national Infrastructure for Life project, 36 facilities are included in the plan. The tender and the conclusion of the state contract are expected this month.
