2 million 637 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan

Marat Aizatullin said that housing construction is ahead of 2020 indicators by 4%. The 2021 plan has been fulfilled by almost 99%. The planned figure in terms of individual housing construction was exceeded by 51%: 12,581 houses were built, the plan provided for the construction of 8,330 houses, Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced this today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. In commercial construction, the plan was fulfilled by 63% - 102 multi-apartment residential buildings with an area of ​​791 thousand square meters are ready. Another 41 houses are in a high degree of readiness and will be commissioned by the end of the year. The annual construction plan for the social mortgage program is 280 thousand square meters or 161 houses. By the current date, 147 thousand square meters of housing have been built, which is 52% of the planned indicators. The formation of programs for 2022 continues in the republic. The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with sectoral ministries and departments, continues to work on the preparation of draft orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for the approval of the list of objects, further bidding and the timely start of work. As for the situation with labor protection and the results of inspections of facilities under construction, the State Construction Supervision Service has carried out 1,710 inspections since the beginning of the year. The amount of 100 resolutions issued on the basis of their results is 5 million 618 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations, using their resources, carried out 1963 inspections. The Main Investment and Construction Directorate being the customer of state facilities, organized 597 control and supervisory measures at its sites. Almost all identified shortcomings are eliminated promptly: 1,045 of the violations identified at construction sites in January-December were eliminated.
