The construction assistance portal "I am building" has been implemented in all districts of Tatarstan

The digital construction assistance platform "I am building" is scaled in the Republic of Tatarstan in 44 municipal districts for 9 construction services:

- submission of a notice of planned construction;

- submission of a notice of completion of construction;

- assigning an address to an erected object;

- registration of ownership of the erected object;

- obtaining a town-planning plan of the site;

- obtaining a permit for commissioning;

- application for the conclusion of a gas supply contract;

- application for the conclusion of a contract for those.service;

- application for free gas connection to the boundaries of the land plot.

In addition to expanding the services provided, other innovations have also been introduced. So, a chatbot has been launched in test mode for technical support, the platform "I am building" has been translated into Tatar.

In 2022, the platform plans to implement the possibility of obtaining a loan / mortgage by applicants, new heat/water/electricity services, integration with the exchange platform, development of documentation on registration of property rights, obtaining a tax deduction and others.

The portal was launched in 2020 in a test mode by the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan in two pilot districts of the Republic of Tatarstan - Sabinsky and Almetyevsk municipal districts.
