Marat Aizatullin held a republican headquarters to prepare for the heating period

The issues of preparing the housing stock, social facilities and heat supply for the upcoming heating period were discussed today at a working meeting under the leadership of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

In his speech, the Minister recalled that there is little time left to complete preparations for the heating period of 2022/2023, and efforts must be made to complete all the planned works by the deadline.

Deputy Minister Ildus Nasyrov gave operational information on the readiness of facilities for the heating period. In his speech, he noted that according to the data of the housing stock monitoring system, 2,614 boiler houses have been prepared to date, which is 83.9% of the total number. Readiness passports are issued for 12,784 MCD (72.3% of the plan).

During the discussion, the issue of the state of the heating networks of the communal complex was also considered. Marat Aizatullin noted that a five-year program aimed at replacing or reconstructing engineering networks will start in 2023. Addressing the representatives of municipalities, he recalled the need to submit to the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan the necessary information on engineering networks for the formation of a new program.
