The RT State Committee on Tariffs has opened a “hotline” for citizens' appeals

The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tariffs has a “Line for citizens' appeals” on issues of monitoring compliance with the established tariffs when charging citizens payments for utilities (electricity, heat, gas, water supply, sanitation and tariff for regional operators in the field of solid municipal waste management).

The Hotline provides an opportunity to get advice on issues of state regulation of tariffs, prices, surcharges, margins in the field of transport services and vital and essential medicines.

You can contact the “hotline” by phone: (843) 236-36-36 from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 to 17.00, on Friday from 8.00 to 15.45 (lunch from 12.00 to 12.45)

During non-working hours, appeals are recorded and then considered in accordance with Federal Law No. 59-FZ of May 2, 2006 “On the Procedure for Appeals of Citizens of the Russian Federation”.
