The number of mortgage transactions has doubled in Tatarstan

According to the data of the Federal Register of Tatarstan, received in October of this year, the total number of mortgage registrations in October doubled: from 4.5-5 thousand to 9.2 thousand compared to May-July of this year.

The largest number of transactions fell on residential premises and land plots, an increase in demand for real estate in new buildings is recorded. The leaders in the number of real estate transactions this year were Kazan (15,414) and Naberezhnye Chelny (5,938), among the districts – Nizhnekamsk (2,724), Almetyevsk (2,407), Pestrechinsky (2,382), Zelenodolsk (1991), Laishevsky (1,394), Elabuga (1,137), Bugulminsky (1,117), Vysokogorsky (1,042).

In total, the Rosreestr of Tatarstan has already received 957 thousand applications for registration and registration actions from January to October, which is 80 thousand more than last year.
