The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects

The possibilities of using infrastructure bond mechanisms were discussed today in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of the House of the Russian Federation.

Recall that the mechanism of infrastructure bonds is DOM.The RF was launched on the initiative of the President of Russia in 2021. The funds received from the placement are directed to concessional financing of facilities within the framework of housing construction and urban development. The tool allows you to create roads, schools, kindergartens and hospitals, IT infrastructure and infrastructure for residential housing, to carry out the improvement of urban and rural areas, to purchase rolling stock in the framework of transport projects and the construction of rental houses.

During today's meeting, the parties discussed promising projects that are planned to be implemented using infrastructure bonds of DOM.RF.
