The issues of using new technologies in construction were discussed today at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan at the round table “Architectural aluminum systems: technologies of individuality of construction objects and new opportunities”. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, it was attended by representatives of the Ural-Siberian profile company from Yekaterinburg, Glavinveststroy RT, UGEC RT, Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, as well as representatives of major regional developers.
“Today, large–scale housing construction - both multi-apartment and individual - has led to an increase in demand for basic building materials, which has significantly loaded the capacities of construction industry enterprises. In this regard, one of the priorities of the development of the construction complex of the republic is to increase the share of the innovative component of manufactured materials, as well as the production and use of modern technologies and materials,” Ilshat Gimayev said, addressing the participants of the round table.
He noted that in 2022, 44 republican programs of construction, capital repairs, 7 National projects and 12 federal projects were implemented in the republic. “We have big plans for 2023 as well. More than 400 enterprises provide products to the construction industry of the republic. In 2021, 9 enterprises for the production of construction products were opened, 6 new production facilities were introduced this year,” he said.
During the discussions, representatives of the Ural-Siberian Profile Company presented their products, told about the implemented objects, identified problems and trends in the development and production of architectural aluminum systems.
