The draft law on the creation of a unified information system in construction was approved by the Federation Council

The Ministry of Construction of Russia has developed a draft federal law aimed at digitalizing the legal and regulatory and technical regulation of the industry through the introduction of the state information system “Stroykompleks.RF”.

The draft law provides for the introduction of a Digital register of documents, materials, information and approvals (Digital register of documents, Materials, information and approvals). It will be conducted by the Ministry of Construction of Russia in the Stroykompleks.RF system, which will ensure its openness and prompt updating.

The changes will become the legislative basis for further digitalization of the construction industry, a significant reduction in the investment and construction cycle and a reduction in the administrative burden.
