The construction complex of Tatarstan was presented to the delegation headed by the Governor of the Kirov region Alexander Sokolov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev. The presentation was held in the IT Park, attended by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Korobchenko, Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Khairullin.

During the meeting, Vladimir Kudryashev spoke about the results of the construction industry in the republic for 2022, about the leading positions in the Volga Federal District in housing commissioning.

«Tatarstan firmly holds the leading position in the Volga Federal District and, according to the results of the 3rd quarter of 2022, is among the TOP 5 regions of the Russian Federation in terms of housing commissioned. In the early nineties, we introduced 1 million 200 thousand square meters of housing. Since 2007, they have not fallen below 2 million square meters of housing. In 2021, a record 3 million 11 thousand square meters of housing stock were introduced in the republic. This year we have already overcome last year's result,» the deputy minister said.

In addition to housing construction, Vladimir Kudryashev spoke about a programmatic approach to the development and modernization of social and communal infrastructure.

«To date, more than 40 republican and about 20 federal programs are being implemented in the republic for the construction and repair of social and cultural facilities, apartment buildings, modernization of engineering infrastructure and renovation of public spaces with a total volume of over 122 billion rubles. The list of programs, depending on current tasks and needs, is constantly updated," he said at the end of his speech.
