A new residential building in the M-14 microdistrict of the Privolzhsky district of Kazan received a conclusion on compliance with the project documentation.

The start of construction of an apartment building is August 2021. It has 18 floors, 255 apartments with a total area of 14,898.40 sq. m. meters. The total area of the building is 25220.10 sq. m . meters.

The investor-developer was NO «State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Technical customers are GKU «Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan», MCU «Management of Capital construction and reconstruction of IC MO of Kazan». The designer is the Architectural Bureau «Ak Tash Studio» LLC. The general contractor is Ak Tash Construction and Installation Company LLC.
