The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan: None of the large-scale projects in the field of industrial construction has been frozen

The head of the Department Marat Aizatullin told about the implementation of large-scale projects in the field of industrial construction in the Republic of Tatarstan during the final board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In his speech, the Minister named the largest of them. For example, Tatneft is building a complex of oil refineries and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk as planned. In 2022, an amount exceeding 52 billion rubles was allocated for construction.

The management company «Alabuga-2. Petrochemistry» continues the reconstruction of the installed power boilers of the Nizhnekamsk CHP.

Two Special Economic Zones, Alabuga and Innopolis, have invested about 20 billion rubles in improving their own infrastructure.

The development of industrial parks and distribution logistics centers continues. This is not only an effective business support tool, but also a mechanism for creating new jobs, which allows implementing the basic principle of building agglomerations – where I live, I work there.

«In 2023, the implementation of large-scale projects in the petrochemical complex will continue, as well as work on expanding and developing the infrastructure of special economic zones and industrial parks,» said Marat Aizatullin.
