The Territorial Development Fund has established a management company

To restore the rights of participants in shared-equity construction, the resettlement of emergency housing and the modernization of communal infrastructure, a Management company of the Territorial Development Fund has been established.

The public law company “Territorial Development Fund” with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia has established LLC “FRT Management Company”.

One of the functions of the FORT Criminal Code will be the involvement in the economic turnover of land plots and unfinished houses located on them after a decision is made to pay compensation to affected citizens.

The Management Company will implement projects for the integrated development of territories as an operator, as well as engage in other forms of capitalization of the property of the Russian Federation.
