The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan awarded the winners of the republican competition for the best organization of work on labor protection among housing and communal services enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov took part in awarding the winners of the republican competition for the best organization of work on labor protection among enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022.

The event dedicated to the Day of Housing and Communal Services Workers was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was also attended by representatives of the Regional Branch Association of Employers "Union of Municipal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Tatarstan Republican Trade Union Organization of Life Support Workers.

«Issues of labor protection and safety in the field of housing and communal services are primarily related to the working conditions of people. This is the most important thing that we should pay special attention to,» Alexey Frolov addressed in his greeting.

Olga Kruglova, Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Trade Union Organization of Life Support Workers, made an analysis of the state of occupational injuries at enterprises and organizations of the housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022. According to her, as part of the implementation of collective agreements, measures are being taken to improve working conditions and labor protection, necessary medical examinations of employees, special assessment of working conditions at workplaces, providing employees with special clothing, sanitary facilities and others.

As Olga Kruglova noted, in 2022, 397 inspections of compliance with labor protection standards and rules were carried out by authorized persons for labor protection of trade union committees of enterprises and housing and communal services organizations. During inspections and surveys by authorized persons on labor protection, 1127 violations and shortcomings were revealed. 199 proposals on labor protection of trade union committees aimed at improving working conditions and labor protection at enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services have been implemented.

Chairman of the Union of Municipal Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan Abrek Khairullin noted that the republican competition for the best organization of work on labor protection among the enterprises of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan is held annually. The purpose of the competition is to intensify work to improve working conditions and labor protection at enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services, to create healthy and safe working conditions for employees, to prevent occupational injuries. The competition is held in 4 groups.

So, among the enterprises of municipal energy, water supply and sewerage facilities and bath and laundry facilities, Kazenergo JSC took the first place, the second - Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal Kazan, the third - Almetyevsk–Vodokanal JSC and Zelenodolsk PTS JSC.

Among the enterprises and organizations for landscaping, landscaping and sanitary cleaning of cities and settlements, repair and operation of road and bridge facilities, repair and construction works, urban lighting, waste recycling and disposal of solid waste, the first place belongs to the trust «Gorvodzelenkhoz» Kazan, the second is the Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Svetservice» Almetyevsk.

Among the enterprises and organizations of housing, the bureau of technical inventory, operation, repair and installation of elevator equipment, funeral services, management companies, engineering and technical organizations, technical supervision services, the first place was taken by LLC «UYUT-NK» Nizhnekamsk, the second – LLC UK «PZhKH – 17» Nizhnekamsk, the third place – JSC «Center of housing and communal services and construction» Leninogorsk. 

Among the enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services in rural areas of the republic, the first place was taken by LLC «Engineering Networks» of the Alekseevskoye settlement, the second - by JSC «Kamsko–Ustinsky Communal Networks», the third - by the Municipal Unitary Enterprise «Teploenergoservice» of the Rybno–Slobodsky municipal district.
