A meeting of the Public Council was held in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan

A meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today, where reports on the implementation of state programs for 2022 and the implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the department were heard.

The meeting was held by Rinat Abdullin, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov, Head of the Legal Department Elvira Latypova, Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Department Tatiana Titova, members of the Public Council – Architecture Advisor to the General Director of SUE Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt Ildus Asadullin, Chairman of the Audit Commission of the NGO HOA Initial Valery Leontiev, Chairman of the Council of the NGO «Union of Youth enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan» Aidar Sagetdinov and others.

The head of the Department of Public Service and Personnel Tatiana Titova reported on the results of the implementation of the anti-corruption policy in the Republican Ministry of Construction. The report reflects the implementation of measures to implement anti-corruption policy: such as conducting an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts, conducting sectoral studies of corruption factors and implemented anti-corruption measures, including the submission of information on income, expenses, property and property obligations.

In 2022, the Ministry of Construction adopted 12 regulatory legal acts, including amendments to the departmental program for the implementation of anti-corruption policy, and the procedure for dealing with citizens' appeals on corruption-related facts was also adopted.

As preventive measures, Tatiana Titova named educational events aimed at the formation of anti-corruption behavior of employees: the interdepartmental quest «Together against Corruption», regular training, seminars and conferences.

Materials on anti-corruption issues are published in open access on the official website of the Ministry in the section «Anti-corruption». In the same section, reports on the activities provided for by the departmental program for the implementation of anti-corruption policy are posted,» Tatyana Titova noted.
