2 285 applications for socially significant municipal services have been processed in the GISOGD of the Republic of Tatarstan

In January-March of this year, 2,285 applications for socially significant municipal services were processed in the State Information System for Urban Development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As Marat Aizatullin told at a weekly meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, as a rule, this is the issuance of notifications on the construction or reconstruction of an individual housing construction or garden house, construction permits and commissioning, the issuance of a town-planning plan for a land plot. This data also includes the assignment, modification, cancellation of the address for which permissions and notifications are generated.

In the context of municipal districts, work in the State Information System for Urban Planning Activities, the activity of users in the 22 districts of the republic in the information system has not changed.

Users in 21 districts are actively working in the system, but the quality of data management needs to be improved. (Aznakaevsky, Alekseevsky, Apastovsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kaibitsky, Kukmor, Laishevsky, Leninogorsk, Muslyumovsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tetyushsky, Tyulyachinsky, Chistopolsky, Yutazinsky districts).

Addressing the heads of the districts of the republic, Marat Aizatullin recommended adopting the experience of the Pestrechinsky district, which continues to be a leader both in terms of the activity of work in the System and the quality of data management on socially significant services.
