In Tatarstan, 72.5% of payments for housing and communal services are made in electronic format

At a traditional meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin spoke about the payment discipline of the population for housing and communal services and the debts of enterprises and organizations for the supplied energy resources.

Thus, the level of collection of payments of the population for housing and communal services in the republic in March of this year compared to the same period last year increased by 2% and amounted to 100.6%.

In January-March of this year, the average collection rate in Tatarstan was 96.2%. This is 0.2% higher than last year.

The average annual level was 99.2%, which is 0.5% higher than in the same period of 2022.

In the context of municipalities, the situation with collection is as follows. In 26 municipalities, the average annual level falls short of the national average (99.2%). These are Laishevsky, Tyulyachinsky, Kukmor, Alkeevsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Buinsky, Spassky, Tetyushsky, Alekseevsky, Aznakaevsky, Agryzsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Kaibitsky, Apastovsky, Zelenodolsk, Bavlinsky, Mendeleevsky, Zainsky, Kamskoustinsky, Baltasinsky, Nizhnekamsk, Leninogorsk, Arsky, Kazan, Vysokogorsky, Atninsky districts.

The average republican figure exceeded 19 municipalities (Pestrechinsky, Novosheshminsky, Mamadyshsky, Chistopolsky, Aktanyshsky, Nurlatsky, Aksubayevsky, Menzelinsky, Yutazinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Sarmanovsky, Cheremshansky, Muslyumovsky, Sabinsky, Elabuga, Tukaevsky, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Bugulminsky districts).

The share of payments made in electronic format in the total volume reached 72.5%.

As Marat Aizatullin noted, the districts show completely different indicators in this part. Thus, in 2 municipal districts, the share of electronic payments has not yet reached half (Drozhzhanovsky, Mamadyshsky)

In 27 districts, the percentage of online transactions ranges from 50 to 72.5% (Baltasinsky, Apastovsky, Aksubaevsky, Atninsky, Kukmor, Tetyushsky, Alkeevsky, Nurlatsky, Kaibitsky, Buinsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Spassky, Yutazinsky, Tyulyachinsky, Muslyumovsky, Cheremshansky, Chistopol, Kamskoustinsky, Novosheshminsky, Arsky, Aktanyshsky, Kazan, Zainsky, Aznakaevsky, Menzelinsky, Bugulminsky, Elabuga).

16 municipalities exceeded the average republican value (Sabinsky, Alekseevsky, Leninogorsk, Mendeleevsky, Bavlinsky, Sarmanovsky, Zelenodolsk, Verkhneuslonsky, Nizhnekamsk, Agryzsky, Vysokogorsky, Laishevsky, Naberezhnye Chelny, Pestrechinsky, Tukayevsky, Almetyevsky districts).
