Alexey Frolov spoke about the implementation of capital repair programs for social and cultural facilities

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of work on capital repair programs for socio-cultural facilities, hydraulic infrastructure and apartment buildings at a republican meeting in the Government House today. The meeting was held by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

In the healthcare sector, 149 facilities are being updated this year under three programs. 118 of them are primary care institutions. The volume of work on them has been completed by 66%. This week, work has been completed in the medical and obstetric centers of Aksubayevsky (4) and Vysokogorsky (8) districts. Repairs of 31 inpatient facilities were completed by 54%.

The repair of 35 cultural objects is carried out within the framework of 4 programs. So, for 26 rural houses of culture, the performance is 64%, at 9 branch educational institutions, the volume of work is closed by 50%. This week, work has been completed at the children's music school in Nizhnekamsk.

In the field of youth policy, 5 programs are being implemented – a total of 28 objects. For the repair of 6 children's health camps, the contractors completed 59% of the work volume. 82% of the construction and installation work on the repair of 4 teenage clubs has been closed. The readiness of 8 youth centers has reached 55%. "As for the repair of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers, the performance of construction and installation works is 12%," Alexey Frolov noted.

In addition, the overhaul of 15 sports facilities continues in the republic - the implementation is 35%. There are also 35 social service organizations, of which 27 have been completed. The total performance of construction and installation works is 84%.

According to Alexey Frolov, out of 19 buildings of veterinary associations, departments of agriculture and food and buildings of the Federal Institution "ROSSELKHOZNADZOR", one object remained in operation. In general, according to the program, 92% of the planned volume was closed by contractors. The facility in Kazan was completed this week.

The total readiness of 9 forestry buildings included in the program is 92%. This week, work has been completed at the facility in Aznakaevo.

The First Deputy Minister briefly reported on the implementation of other republican programs. Thus, the repair of municipal archives buildings is currently 73%, the building of the magistrates' precinct in Mamadysh has been repaired by 40%, the readiness of military commissariats buildings is 52%, and the buildings of executive committees have been repaired by 99%. At the final stage, the last object of the program is in the Tyulyachinsky district.
