887 boiler houses are ready for the upcoming heating season
Today, the Republican Ministry of Construction held the second meeting of the Republican Headquarters on preparation for the heating period of 2023/2024. It was held by Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov.
The Deputy Minister began the work of the headquarters with the monitoring of data entered by municipal districts into the "Monitoring of housing Stock" system.
In total, 887 boiler houses have been prepared in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 24%," Mazit Salikhov said.
A total of 790 objects have been prepared for educational facilities, which is 28%.
To date, 444 facilities or 26% of healthcare facilities are ready for the upcoming heating season.
The readiness of cultural institutions is 28%.
74 sports facilities are prepared for the upcoming heating season, which is 33%.
According to the operational data of the State Housing Inspectorate, the flushing and crimping of the in-house central heating systems was carried out by 26%. Checks of ventilation channels of in-house systems were carried out
in 9071 apartment buildings, ventilation ducts of intra-house individual heating systems in 2,287 apartment buildings, chimneys of intra-house individual heating systems in 2,242 apartment buildings.
Readiness passports are issued for 2,566 apartment buildings, which is 14%.
Addressing the representatives of municipalities, the Deputy Minister called for strengthening the work on entering data into the "Monitoring of Housing Stock" system.
Further, within the framework of the agenda, Andrey Ryukhov, Managing Director of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the issue of life support of educational institutions.
He said that municipalities need to implement a number of measures aimed at improving the reliability of the system, on which the smooth operation of educational organizations will depend. In 2023, as part of the ongoing capital repair programs, 89 educational institutions are carrying out measures to repair engineering networks, roofs, entrances, etc., which are aimed at ensuring trouble-free operation of heating systems, electricity, water supply to reduce heat loss.
Also, representatives of the municipalities of Kazan, Agryzsky district, Pestrechinsky and Sarmanovsky reported on the progress of work on preparation for the heating period 2023\2024.
The meeting was attended by representatives of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan (via videoconference), ministries, departments and industry enterprises.
