Alexey Frolov spoke about the implementation of capital repair programs for social and cultural facilities

Today, a press conference dedicated to information on the progress of the implementation of capital repair programs for social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan in 2023 was held at the Tatar-Inform news Agency. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov answered journalists' questions.

According to the first deputy Minister, republican programs for the overhaul of social and cultural facilities in 2023 are in an active phase. In total, within the framework of 22 republican and 2 state programs, 4 federal projects, work will be carried out on the overhaul of 606 facilities in the amount of 15.7 billion rubles.

In terms of education, 7 programs are being implemented. "To date, the work has been completed by 70%. I do not see any problems in order to complete the repair work in Tatarstan schools on time," the speaker noted.

Within the framework of the school catering repair program, 43% of the work is carried out by contractors at 142 facilities in 45 municipalities. 73% have completed major repairs of 9 resource centers, and 53% are construction and installation works under the program of repair of dormitories of secondary vocational education.

Further, Alexey Frolov gave data on the healthcare line: 149 facilities are being updated. 118 of them are primary health care institutions. The volume of work on them has been completed by 85%. For 31 inpatient institutions, the work was completed by 63%.

The repair of 44 cultural objects is carried out within the framework of 4 programs: these are 34 rural houses of culture, the implementation of which is 58% and 10 branch educational institutions with a readiness of 55%.

In the field of youth policy, 5 programs are being implemented: contractors have completed 75% of the work volume on the repair of 6 children's health camps, construction and installation work on the repair of 4 teenage clubs has been closed by 91%. The readiness of 8 youth centers has reached 72%. As for the repair of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers, the performance of construction and installation works is 21%.

In addition, according to information about other republican programs through ministries, the overhaul of 19 buildings of veterinary associations, departments of agriculture and food of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food has been completed. The overhaul of 15 sports facilities of the Ministry of Sports is 51%.

The Ministry of Social Protection has 35 facilities in operation, of which 31 have been completed. The total performance of construction and installation works is 89%. Two facilities in the Chistopol district have been completed this week.

According to the Ministry of Forestry, the total readiness of 9 forestry buildings included in the program is 95%.
