80 percent of housing from the annual plan has been commissioned in Tatarstan

As of July 22, 2023, 2 million 479 thousand square meters were commissioned in the republic, or 80% of the annual plan. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Of these, 71% or 125 apartment buildings with a total area of 1 million 10 thousand square meters are commercial housing, 72 more houses are under construction, 30 of which are in a high stage of readiness.

The 28 houses built under the social mortgage program on 114 thousand sq. m. account for 71% of the total liabilities.

In the line of individual housing construction, the highest percentage of plan implementation is 90%. 1 million 355 thousand sq.m. were built.
