Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov inspected a number of modernized municipal infrastructure facilities in Kazan today.
The objects of the visit were heat supply networks, which are being modernized under the program "Modernization of municipal infrastructure". In 2023, it is planned to carry out 30 activities, which will require about 2 billion rubles.
The first objects of the working detour were the heat supply networks along the streets of Boevaya d.145a; Biryuzovaya d.19,18; Railwaymen d.6,2. To date, work has begun on the objects and the excavation of heating networks is underway.
The next object of the visit was the heating supply networks along the streets of Mozhaisky d. 5/16, 3; TV Center d. 14; Gorky highway d.23a. The final works are underway at the facilities, the completion of the work is 90%.
Then the Deputy Minister got acquainted with the progress of the reconstruction of the heating pipeline from Pavilion No. 7 to TC 17-6 on Volgogradskaya Street. At the facility, work is carried out on the development of soil, dismantling and installation of pipes, installation of fixed supports.
Through the streets of the Siberian tract d .28 and Richard Sorge d. 32/1, installation work has begun and the excavation of heating networks is underway.
At the facilities on Akademika Gubkin Street, 2 and 4, the hot water supply section between residential buildings has been replaced. On Kosmonavtov str., 1,3,5, the excavation of heating networks between houses was carried out. The performance of works at the facilities is 25%.
Further, Mazit Salikhov visited the modernization facility at Kosmonavtov str. 3 and 4. The dismantling and installation of pipes under the roadway was carried out at the facility. The execution is 10%.
On the streets of October 25, d.2/7, Luknitsky d.4 and d.6, Slobodskaya d.23, Transversely-Bazarnaya d.1, the planned work has been completed in full.
Recall that the implementation of the utility infrastructure modernization program, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, is designed for 2 years. The cost will amount to 8.6 billion rubles, 4.3 billion of which is allocated by the Territorial Development Fund.
The program provides for the repair of pipes in order to put as many networks in order as possible. It was determined based on the analysis of emergency situations in the region. Modernization of 190 objects of engineering networks is planned in Tatarstan within the framework of the program.
During the working trip, the Deputy Minister was accompanied by the Head of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Gallyamov and representatives of Kazenergo JSC and Tatenergo JSC.
