The results of the All–Russian competition "The Best estimator - 2023" were summed up in Kazan
The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin took part in the 10th anniversary competition of professional skills in the field of construction "The Best estimator" in Kazan today, timed to the Builder's Day. The solemn awarding of the winners and the closing of the event took place at the Bashir Rameev IT Park site.
This year 64 specialists from different regions of Russia took part in the competition. This year's contest participants were specialists from the Republic of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Krasnodar Krai, Stavropol Krai, Perm Krai, Amur, Arkhangelsk, Belgorod, Irkutsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Crimean, Pskov, Sverdlovsk, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl Regions, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Moscow, St. Petersburg.
In his welcoming speech, Marat Aizatullin noted that the competition is becoming increasingly important. "This year, the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin decided to hold a single superfinal for the finalists of three competitions at once: "The Best Estimator of Russia" (Tatarstan), "The Best by profession" (NOSTROY) and the International Construction Championship (Rosatom). The superfinal will be held in St. Petersburg as part of the International Construction Championship," he said.
The contest is being held in Tatarstan for the 10th anniversary time and has received broad support and high appreciation from the specialists of the professional community of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the subjects of the Russian Federation. "More than 3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan for two years in a row. The more capital construction projects there are, the greater the need for specialists, including in the field of pricing. After all, the first issue is to optimize the cost of construction," the minister stressed.
The best estimator of 2023 according to the results of the competition was Naila Perova from Kazan.
The organizers of the competition were the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture, the Volga Branch of the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, the FAA RosKapStroy, the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
