Alexey Frolov took part in a teleconference on the formation of a comfortable urban environment
The issues of improvement and formation of a comfortable urban environment were discussed today at a teleconference, which was held as part of the implementation of the All-Russian media project "Building the Future of Russia". The event was held at the site of the Regional Management Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The media project is timed to the Builder's Day and is held to discuss important issues and decisions related to the development of the construction industry.
The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov, Director of the Institute of Urban Development of Tatarstan Naila Zinnatullina, curator of the program "Our Yard" of the Institute of Urban Development of Tatarstan Arina Petrova. The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation was presented by the head of the Department of normative and methodological work of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" Dzhemal Surmanidze, Member of the Expert Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation on comfortable urban environment Daria Bondareva (project Directorate of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation).
The participants of the teleconference considered the issue of the pace of implementation of programs for the improvement of territories, features and problems when working within the framework of the project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment". In addition, the topic of discussion was the training of qualified personnel.
As Alexey Frolov noted, the improvement of public spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan began in 2015. In total, 367 new public spaces were equipped in the period from 2015-2022 (these are 565 objects, including objects of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages).
In 2023, 60 public spaces are being implemented under the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", the implementation of which is 55%. 3 objects have been completed in Tetyushsky, Cheremshansky, and Bavlinsky districts.
According to the results of the All-Russian competition of small towns, in 2023, 8 winning objects are being implemented in Yelabuga, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk, Zainsky, Spassky, Mamadysh and Almetyevsk districts. The total performance of the work is 50%.
According to the "Our Yard" program, 961 yards with a funding limit of 9 billion are being built in the republic.
