An online survey on monitoring the development of human resources has been launched

The Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, on the instructions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, conducts an online survey of the prospects for the development of the personnel potential of organizations and the demand for professions of workers and positions of employees in the labor market and employment of the population.

Representatives of organizations, as well as representatives of system-forming organizations planning and implementing investment and infrastructure projects are invited to participate in the study.

The results of the survey will be used to assess the current needs of organizations for qualified personnel, and will help determine the areas of vocational education and training that are in demand on the labor market.

Based on the results of the survey, proposals will be formed to update information about the professions of workers, positions of employees and classifiers, lists used in the system of labor relations and personnel work.
