The Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation was shown biological treatment facilities and silt fields of Kazan

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko visited biological treatment facilities and silt fields of Kazan today during a working trip to Tatarstan.

Accompanied by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia got acquainted with the work carried out at the BOS. Victoria Abramchenko was told about what works are planned in 2023.

It should be recalled that at the facility "Recultivation of silt fields of biological treatment facilities in Kazan" work began in November 2021. It is assumed that the large-scale reconstruction of the facility will significantly improve the quality of urban wastewater treatment. The reconstruction is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Improvement of the Volga" of the national project "Ecology".

Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and others also took part in the visit to biological treatment facilities and silt fields of Kazan.
