According to the operational information of the monitoring of heat supply to social and housing and communal facilities, conducted by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of October 9, 2023, 15,323 apartment buildings, or 86% of the MCD, are heated in the republic.
The heat was started in 1,421 schools of the republic, which is 92.7%, in 1,648
kindergartens – 95.5%.
According to operational data, there is heating in 1832 republican health facilities or 92.5%. 1538 cultural facilities or 80.4% are also heated.
Heat was launched at 302 sports and youth facilities – 82.7%, and 147 social protection facilities, with a ratio of 88.5%.

Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko visited the construction site of the Football Development Center as part of a working visit to Kazan. Together with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Deputy Prime Minister assessed the progress of the construction of the facility.
The second route of the Kazan metro will connect five districts of the city: Privolzhsky, Sovetsky, Novo-Savinovsky, Moskovsky and Kirovsky. The first section is 5.37 km long and includes four stations: "100th anniversary of the TASSR" (at Julius Fuchik Street), "Akademicheskaya" (at the intersection of Fuchik and Zavoysky streets), "Zilant" (intersection of Fuchik and Lomzhinskaya streets) and "Tulpar" (at the corner of Pobedy Avenue and ul. Sakharov). At the moment, the total percentage of work performed is 29%.

The autumn meeting of the Board of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to the topic "Digitalization in construction". The event was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan – President of the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. It was attended by representatives of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, GAU "UGETS RT", self-regulatory organizations in design and construction, heads of enterprises of the construction complex, programmers.
A seminar was held in Kazan today for managers and employees of subordinate institutions on the topic "Taking anti-corruption measures in organizations. Review of corruption-related offenses".
