Construction of the club being completed in village Morty in Yelabuzhsky area of Tatarstan

A multi-service center is to be opened in October, 2013. Builders are to complete the work on finishing and landscaping. Currently, the population of the village is over 900 people. The new club is designed for 300 spectators. The number of circles will also be increased. It is to be recalled that the construction work began in June, 2013 under the Republic’s program on the construction of rural clubs. The new building was constructed instead of the old one. As for the situation in the whole region, it is planned to build another house of culture in village Yakovlevo.
