The overhaul of apartment buildings in the republic is almost completed

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of capital repair programs for apartment buildings and socio-cultural facilities at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

According to him, according to the “Education” line in the republic, out of 7 republican and federal capital repair programs, one object remains in operation – a kindergarten in Kazan with 99% readiness.

Of the 149 facilities included in the three federal and republican programs of the Healthcare sector, repairs are continuing in 12 inpatient facilities. The total implementation of the program is 88%. This week, work was completed in the Leninogorsk district.

According to 4 federal and republican programs in the “Culture” industry, out of 44 objects, 34 within the framework of the repair of rural houses of culture, 12 remain to be completed.  The implementation of them is 89%. The repair of facilities in Zelenodolsk and Vysokogorsky districts has been completed.

Of the 27 facilities included in 5 programs in the field of youth policy, one children's camp in Zelenodolsk district remains in operation – 78% implementation, the youth center in Kazan - 57%.  Also, 7 out of 9 centers of psychological and pedagogical assistance are in operation. According to them, 66% of the plan has been completed.

According to the head of the regional Ministry of Construction, less than one percent remains until the complete completion of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. 702 houses are fully ready, including 96 facilities, where a total of 257 elevators have been replaced.
