Tatarstan estimators entered the TOP 10 winners at the International Construction Championship

On October 20, 2023, the closing ceremony of the III International Construction Championship took place. 25 individual and team nominations were presented at the championship in three blocks: construction, design and project management.

In the nomination “Pricing and estimated rationing” the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by three winners of the All-Russian professional competition "The Best estimator-2023": Naila Perova - Head of the Department of Capital Construction and Repair of the Department of the Social Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan Kazan, Tatiana Petrenko - General Director of Pallada LLC Tula, Yana Antonova - pricing expert the city of Dzerzhinsk.

According to the results of the championship, Naila Perova took 9th place, Tatiana Petrenko – 17th place, Yana Antonova – 35th place.

The past competitive tasks affected not only the knowledge of the estimated standards, but also the BIM software product-the estimate, as well as the ability to quickly navigate and competently use the input data. The project of the facility with a set of working documentation was developed in the Renga software package. The choice of performing a task using TIM was not mandatory, but its use allowed participants to earn an increasing coefficient. About 70% of the participants made estimates using TIM.
