Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, told about the implementation of the regional program of capital repairs of common property in the MKD and plans for 2024 at a press conference in the Tatar-Inform news agency.
At the beginning of his speech, Alexey Frolov reminded reporters that the capital repair program was launched in the Republic of Tatarstan on the initiative of the first President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev. In 2007, a working group was organized, and in 2008, No. 185-FZ "On the Fund for Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reform" was adopted, within which it became possible to implement the program with state support.
"From 2008 to the current year, about 90 billion rubles have been spent on capital repairs. A little less than half are the funds of homeowners," he said.
In total, in the long-term program (from 2008 to 2043), it is planned to overhaul 17 thousand 723 MCD, almost 11.5 thousand houses have been repaired.
The capital repair program this year included 740 multi-apartment residential buildings. It remains to complete several types of work at four sites, their performance is more than 90%. "Now the contractors are working to eliminate the comments. In the near future, all facilities will be ready," the deputy minister said.
According to Alexey Frolov, the financial volume of the program for 2024 will amount to 6 billion 911 million rubles. To date, the regional operator (NO "Housing and Communal Services Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan") is working on concluding contracts for the capital repair program of 2024. It currently includes about 670 apartment buildings. "Cost estimates and a contract company are currently being developed to conclude contracts so that in winter it would be possible to start performing seasonal types of work, such as work in entrances, replacement of elevators, etc.," he said.
According to Alexey Frolov, the overhaul program has a particularly social character, because it covers most of the inhabitants of the republic. He expressed gratitude to the heads of municipalities for organizing system control and working with residents. "Without access to apartments, the contractor cannot always perform work quickly and deliver the object on time," the first deputy minister stressed.
