Alexey Frolov took part in a meeting on emergency response to heat supply networks

Alexey Frolov took part in an unscheduled meeting of the Commission for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations and fire safety of the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic "On additional measures aimed at ensuring the vital activity of the population and uninterrupted heat supply during abnormally low temperatures." The event was held via videoconference with all municipal districts by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Deputy Chairman of the Commission Rustam Nigmatullin.

As Rustam Nigmatullin recalled, an important task is to ensure uninterrupted heat supply to housing and communal services facilities, to ensure the readiness of forces and means for emergency response to emerging emergencies and other incidents.

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the measures taken at housing and communal services enterprises aimed at ensuring the vital activity of the population in conditions of abnormal weather events.

Since the beginning of the heating season, according to the dispatch service of the Ministry, 1,143 accidents have occurred at housing and communal services and energy facilities, 159 of them at heat supply facilities. "Fortunately, the accidents were not serious and were promptly eliminated," the deputy minister stressed.

In order to eliminate emergency situations and prevent them, an emergency technical stock of materials and equipment has been formed in the republic. Since 2023, 160 million rubles have been allocated for these purposes.

For rapid response to emergency emergencies, there are two mobile diesel-powered boiler plants with a capacity of 2500 kW and 3500 kW. If necessary, these installations will be promptly delivered to any locality of the republic and connected for the purpose of heating water in the heating and ventilation system with the possibility of connecting to existing systems in a minimum time.

Alexey Frolov recalled that these installations on 05.12.2023 and 06.12.2023 passed revision tests and are stored in the covered warehouse of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatleasing.
