Contractors for 463 MCD have been identified in Tatarstan under the capital repair program

To date, in the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the program of overhaul of apartment buildings for 2024, contractors for 463 MCD have been identified.

Earlier, First Deputy Minister Alexei Frolov said that the financial volume of the program for 2024 will amount to 6 billion 911 million rubles.

 To date, the regional operator (BUT the Fund of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan) is working on concluding contracts for the capital repair program in 2024. At the moment, 672 apartment buildings are included in it.

"Estimates are currently being developed and a contractual company is concluding contracts so that in winter it will be possible to start performing seasonal types of work, such as work in entrances, replacement of elevators, etc.," he noted.
