Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the results of the implementation of republican and federal capital repair programs at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

In the field of "Healthcare", out of 149 facilities included in three republican and federal programs, only 2 inpatient facilities remain in operation. These are the infectious diseases department of the hospital in Yelabuga district (91% ready) and the hospital in the village of Cheremshan (94%). Over the past two weeks, work has been completed on 4 sites.

In the Culture industry, out of 44 facilities, contractors also have 2 facilities that are part of the national Culture project, for which advanced financing has been allocated. According to the agreement, the work should be completed by April 1, 2024. This is a rural House of culture in Yamashi village of Almetyevsk district. Its implementation is 99%. Another object is a branch educational institution - a cultural heritage site "Rodigin's Felting Factory" in Kukmor. Here, construction and installation work is 92%.

This week, the renovation of two rural houses of culture in the Kukmorsky and Aktanyshsky districts has been completed, and one museum of historical and cultural heritage in Zelenodolsk has been commissioned.

Over the past two weeks, the republic has closed the program for the overhaul of psychological and pedagogical Assistance Centers with work at 6 facilities - these are five facilities in Kazan and one in Zelenodolsk.

The renovation of the buildings of the military commissariats has been completed. The contractors commissioned two facilities in Kazan and in the village of Bazarnye Mataki.

Work on the repair of buildings subordinated to the Rosgvardiya has been completed at the last facility in Nizhnekamsk.

According to the apartment building repair program, the physical and cash development of the program has been completed. The Housing and Communal Services Fund has also organized work on conducting electronic auctions under the 2024 capital repair program. To date, contractors have been identified for 571 MCD. The Foundation is working on the formation of lots for 83 houses.
