The construction of technoparks on the territory of the Innopolis special economic zone in Laishevsky district and in Innopolis last year allowed the creation of 600 new jobs. The volume of investments amounted to more than 2 billion rubles. This was stated by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the final board of the department.
In addition, in connection with the development of Innopolis, projects for the construction of engineering infrastructure are being implemented, as well as the modernization of an automatic modular boiler house, which will also provide facilities of the special economic zone. The work should be completed this year.
Thanks to its own base of the building materials industry, one of the largest in Russia, in 2023, enterprises in the industry produced products worth 51 billion rubles. "The foundation for the development of the construction industry is its own base of the building materials industry. In 2023, products worth 51 billion rubles were produced. The launch of production lines, the modernization of existing enterprises and the introduction of new plants occur annually. So, 6 new production facilities were put into operation last year," the minister said.
As for future projects, the construction of engineering and road infrastructure for the Sviyazhsky Multimodal Logistics Center industrial Park, as well as the third stage of the OZON universal warehouse, continues in Zelenodolsk district. Work on them is planned to be completed this year. More than 6.5 thousand jobs will be created.
An agreement was signed with VEB last year.The Russian Federation for co-financing the construction of the infrastructure of the Mendeleevsk 2.0 industrial Park. Residents plan to create 200 jobs. An application has also been submitted for co-financing the construction of engineering infrastructure for the 3rd stage of the Razvitie Industrial Park in Naberezhnye Chelny. About 180 jobs will be created here. Work has begun on the creation of the Tura 2.0 Industrial Park. With the commissioning of the facility, about 5 thousand more jobs will be created.
