The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the current work on construction and overhaul programs

It is planned to implement 43 objects within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban environment". 42 objects of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" will be traded by the end of April. The implementation of 3 objects of the national project "Ecology" continues. Contracts have been concluded for them. These are the reclamation of biological treatment facilities in Kazan (75.6% of the work was completed), silt fields in Kazan (66%) and the reclamation of disturbed lands with oil-containing pollutants in the village of Shemordan in Sabinsky district. The work is 65% completed here.

This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For 128 facilities included in the national Healthcare project, state contracts will be tentatively signed in February. The plans include the construction of two polyclinics, a general practitioner center and 20 FAPs. 82 FAP and 23 medical institutions will also be repaired.

Also, the contracting of 4 facilities included in the national project "Culture" is scheduled for February. This year, 2 rural houses of culture, a children's art school will be renovated and the reconstruction of the Kazan State Theater for Young Spectators in Kazan will begin.

The passport of the national project "Education" for 2024 provides for the construction of 2 schools in Kazan and Laishevsky district under the federal project "Modern School" (contracts for them have been concluded). An additional building to the newly built school inKuyuki of the Pestrechinsky district will be traded in February.

3 more facilities included in the federal projects "Development of the youth support system" and "Success of every child" are also planned until the end of February.

About this year's state programs. The largest program, the Integrated Rural Development program, includes 23 facilities.  Contracts for all of them must be concluded no later than February. Also in February, it is planned to conclude contracts for 6 educational organizations included in the state program "Development of Education" and 9 facilities included in the state program "Protection from floods and other negative impacts of waters and ensuring the safety of hydraulic structures."

Of the 48 objects of the federal program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, 41 are included in the program for the first time. Contracts have been signed for 34 new facilities.

According to the republican programs, the situation is as follows. State contracts have been concluded for two programs. This is the construction of 4 indoor football arenas and 15 universal sports grounds, as well as comprehensive public service points. Contracts for some facilities have been concluded for 4 programs, and the remaining facilities are to be concluded in February. These are the construction and repair of buildings of executive committees of settlements, FAPs and medical institutions, children's health camps and the repair of 63 educational institutions. Work has begun on the part of contracted paramedic and obstetric stations. 12% of the program has been completed.

Contracts for 6 programs will be held until the end of February. These are major repairs of resource centers, stationary social service organizations, administrative buildings of forestry and forestry enterprises, municipal archives, military commissariats. The sixth program is aimed at preventing the negative effects of water, protecting the population and facilities during the spring flood.

3 more programs are scheduled for March. These include the repair of youth clubs and sports facilities, as well as the repair and construction of hospital reception and diagnostic departments.

Nine programs are waiting for contracts to be signed in March and April. These are 4 programs for the repair of dormitories, food halls, buildings subordinated to Rosgvardiya and buildings of Magistrates, as well as 5 programs for the modernization of communal infrastructure implemented by the Main Directorate of Engineering Networks.

From March to May, it is expected to conclude contracts for the facilities of two programs - the repair of youth centers and the overhaul of buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers.

The republican component on public spaces is scheduled for April-May.

As part of the program of major repairs of apartment buildings, contractors have been identified for 571 objects to date.
