The construction of the medical facility is planned to be completed by the City Day – the progress of work was inspected by the Mayor of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Mazit Salikhov and Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Zhavoronkov. The facility is being built according to the national Healthcare project.
In Salavat Coopere, the construction of a polyclinic is in full swing, which will become the largest primary care facility in Kazan. It will serve 60 thousand people from among the attached population not only of the neighborhood itself, but also of the surrounding territories.
According to the results of the previous 10 years, the capital of Tatarstan continues to be the leader in the construction of medical institutions – 16 polyclinics and five hospitals have been built – and other social facilities, the mayor drew attention.
Last year alone, 1 million 300 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the city. Salavat Kupere is no exception: we are growing with new houses, educational institutions, and in 2022 we opened a park. The largest polyclinic in the city will open soon in Salavat Cooper. We hope to deliver the object by the City Day. There is a lack of funding, but this issue will be resolved.
The three-storey building with an area of 10.6 thousand square meters will include an adult and children's polyclinic, a department of preventive examinations, a women's consultation, a trauma center, an infectious diseases department and a branch of the ambulance station, where five teams will work. The polyclinic will also house two day hospitals – an adult and a child.
To date, the construction work has been completed by 53%. The structural structure of the building has been completely erected, the brickwork of walls and partitions has been laid out, and the roof has been installed. Finishing works, installation of engineering communications and window blocks are currently underway in the building of the future polyclinic.
Elena Valeeva, Deputy General Director of Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, chief architect (the organization developed the polyclinic project), presented the concept of interior design to the mayor. The interior will be decorated in green shades and dedicated to the theme "Man is part of the ecosystem". In the children's department, the walls will be illustrated based on fairy tales, bizibords will be installed, and a soft carpet will be laid. Interactive boards will appear in the adult block, with the help of which you can get acquainted with the advice of doctors – for this you will need to scan a qr code.
