Vladimir Kudryashev took part in the All-Russian Industry Conference

Today, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev took part in the All-Russian industry conference "Construction Navigator 2024: a course for digitalization. SEZ "ALABUGA".

The conference was attended by specialists from the Ministry of Construction of Russia, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, the Department of Construction of Moscow, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate organizations. Leading developers and developers of domestic software showed interest in the event.

In his greeting, Vladimir Kudryashev called the introduction of digital technologies in all spheres the most important condition for the development of the country. In industrial and civil engineering, large-scale projects and changes require digital transformation. The Deputy Minister listed the significant achievements of the republic in the digital transition: the introduction of GIS in the territory of the republic by 100%, the use of information modeling technology in the construction and reconstruction of capital construction facilities, which are financed with the involvement of budgetary funds, since last year.

As part of the implementation of the Smart City digital project, by the end of 2022, Kazan and Yelabuga were recognized as the most technologically advanced cities, taking 3rd and 4th places according to the calculations of the IQ Index of cities in their categories. In addition, Innopolis took the 3rd prize in the competition "Best municipal practice" in the nomination "Smart City" in 2023.

"All the above-mentioned large–scale projects and changes require a digital transformation of the industry - starting from life cycle management of capital construction facilities, provision of municipal and public services in electronic form and ending with the introduction of artificial intelligence elements," Vladimir Kudryashev stressed.

During the event, the participants visited the industrial facilities of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, visited the VIMCENTER and the Alabuga Polytechnic Center for the training of qualified workers.

Further, industry experts discussed the mechanisms for the introduction of domestic digital technologies into the construction complex, got acquainted with the implemented cases and pilot projects in the field of design, construction and operation of capital construction facilities.
