The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the requirements for the design of territorial planning projects

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan has approved the requirements for the technical design of territory planning projects in the Republic of Tatarstan and the symbols used in the preparation of projects. The corresponding order is published on the website of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The document was developed in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan (dated 12/27/2023 No. 3134) in order to improve the preparation of territory planning projects in the Republic of Tatarstan, the formation of uniform requirements for their technical design.

When preparing planning projects, local governments of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, legal entities and individuals who prepare projects are recommended to follow this order.

Sakharov). At the moment, the total percentage of work performed is 29%.
