Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov assessed the results of the overhaul of the second medical building of the Nizhnekamsk Central District Multidisciplinary Hospital. He was accompanied by Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Marcel Minnullin, Head of Nizhnekamsk district Ramil Mullin and First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.
The second medical building was built in 1990. After the renovation, the building was completely transformed. All engineering communications were replaced in the premises, new elevators were installed. Comfortable rooms with showers and a bathroom are equipped for patients. All conditions have also been created for medical personnel.
The capacity and equipment of the medical building will allow providing high-quality medical care to patients of the Nizhnekamsk agglomeration with the possibility of increasing the coverage of the population to 350 thousand people and supervised areas (Mamadyshsky and Novosheshminsky districts), taking into account the completion of the bridge over the Kama River.
Issues of further modernization of Nizhnekamsk healthcare facilities were also discussed during the visit.
